Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this Website, as well as your purchases and participation in scuba diving courses and trips provided by PT PMA Bali Water Blue Ocean, trading as Intrinity Divers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this Website or booking services through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

We provide scuba diving courses, diving trips, and related services, including equipment rentals and transportation to dive sites. All services are subject to availability and adherence to the terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  1. Booking Process:

     

    • Bookings can be made by contacting us at dive@intrinitydivers.com or Whatsapp +62 821 4676 2375
    • A booking confirmation will be sent upon successful reservation.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • A deposit payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with us.
    • Full payment for courses and fun dives is required prior to commencement of a course or fun dive.
    • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be communicated via email at dive@intrinitydivers.com or Whatsapp to +62 821 4676 2375.
    • Refunds are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined in Section 5.

4. Participant Requirements

  1. Eligibility:

     

    • Participants must meet minimum age and health requirements for courses and trips.
    • Scuba divers must provide proof of certification for certified diving activities.
  2. Health and Safety:
    • Participants must complete a medical questionnaire and provide accurate health information.
    • Intrinity Divers reserves the right to deny participation if safety concerns arise, including but not limited diver health and or diver behaviour. 
  3. Insurance:
    • All participants must carry valid travel and diving insurance covering diving-related activities.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

These policies reflect the policies of our suppliers.

  1. By Participants:

     

    • 20% of your booking is non-refundable.
    • Between 24 and 72 hours before your trip – 50% is non refundable.
    • Less than 24 hours before your trip – 100% is non refundable.
    • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your trip – we may allow rescheduling of your dives less than 24 hours before your trip. This is always solely at our discretion and will incur a minimum charge of Rp950,000. Nusa Penida trips are not eligible for this rescheduling policy. 
    • Refunds are not issued once a course has commenced.
  2. By Intrinity Divers:
    • We reserve the right to cancel, relocate or reschedule activities due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.
    • Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Assumption of Risk:

     

    • Participants acknowledge that scuba diving involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.
    • By booking, participants accept these risks and agree to release Intrinity Divers from liability for injuries or losses.
  2. Limitation of Liability:
    • Intrinity Divers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  3. Third-Party Services:
    • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, such as transportation or boat Pproviders or accommodation partners.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Website Content:

     

    • All content on the Website, including text, images, videos, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Intrinity Divers.
    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Website content is prohibited.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Intrinity Divers, we aim to provide exceptional service and incredible scuba diving experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change or unforeseen circumstances arise. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed, the steps involved, and your rights as a customer.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Scuba Diving Courses and Trips booked through www.intrinitydivers.com or via our Whatsapp channel +62 821 4676 2375., or in person in our office at Jl Batu Bolong, no 35a, Canggu, Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia.
  • Any products or services purchased from Intrinity Divers.

2. Refund Eligibility

  1. Courses and Trips:

     

    • Refunds are available if cancellations meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
    • Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation (see Section 4).
  2. Retail Purchases :
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

    • Email us at dive@intrinitydivers.com with the subject “Refund Request” or “Return Request.”
    • Include your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  2. Provide Supporting Documents:
    • For refunds on courses or trips, include any relevant medical certificates (if applicable).
    • For product returns, provide proof of purchase and photos if the item is defective.
  3. Follow Instructions:
    • Our team will guide you through the return or refund process.

4. Refund Conditions for Courses and Trips

  1. Cancellation by the Customer:

     

    • 20% of your booking is non-refundable.
    • Between 24 and 72 hours before your trip – 50% is non refundable.
    • Less than 24 hours before your trip – 100% is non refundable.

5. Refund Conditions for Product Returns (if applicable)

  1. Eligibility:

     

    • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized items such as masks and snorkels, are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Refund Processing Timeframes

  1. Courses and Trips:

     

    • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. 
  2. Products (if applicable):
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Fees or Costs Involved

  • Cancellation Fees:
    • We will pass on any transaction fees associated with processing your refund. 

8. Special Considerations

  1. Gift Cards:

     

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. Force Majeure:
    • Refunds may not be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental restrictions.
