DIVEMASTER COURSE
Divemaster
If you’ve ever considered diving as a career, this is where to start.
As the first professional level course, the PADI Divemaster course can be taken as an internship or over time. You will hone your rescue and dive skills, whilst developing leadership and supervision skills.
Most importantly, you will learn to be a role model to other divers offering support and guidance as PADI professional. You will work closely with your instructor throughout your Divemaster course, developing knowledge and skills along the way.
Prerequisites: Rescue Diver certification, Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care within the last 24 months, a medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months. At least 40 logged dives to begin the course and 60 dives to earn certification. Adequate swimming skills, in good physical health.
Minimum Age: 18 years,
Certification: Divemaster Diver – as a PADI Divemaster, you’ll lead others as you supervise scuba diving activities and assist with diver training.
