Divemaster Course Bali

If you’ve ever considered diving as a career, this is where to start.

PADI Divemaster Course Bali

The PADI Divemaster course is the first professional level certification and is normally completed over a couple of months. You will hone your rescue and dive skills, whilst developing leadership and supervision skills.

Most importantly, during your divemaster course, you will learn to be a role model to other divers offering support and guidance as a dive professional. You will work closely with your instructors throughout your divemaster course, developing knowledge and skills along the way.

We take your DM training seriously, and require that you do too.
Whilst we love to have fun and a post dive beer, we are not a party dive centre. You’ll receive excellent training with us, your days may be long but very rewarding. We expect our DMTs to be willing to learn, open to receiving feedback and guidance, and engaged with our instructors and guests.

At Intrinity, we ask you to commit to a minimum of 2 months for your divemaster training with us. Doing your divemaster course in Bali opens you up to a huge number of dive sites with variations in topography, temperature, entry techniques and currents so it takes time to build confidence with such diversity. We’ll also require you to assist with pool training so you can learn the typical challenges new divers face, and how to recognise and either handle or prevent them.

This is a challenging, but very rewarding course. You’ll get an insight into the life of a dive professional, workings of a busy dive centre and not to mention underwater Bali. You’ll get to know our team members above and below water and hopefully become a kind, patient, safe and fun divemaster.

Is accommodation included?

Accommodation is not included, however we can help you with recommendations.

How many days a week will I be diving? How many dives will I do?

Distances from Canggu to the Bali dive sites are long – 1.5hrs to 2.5hrs each way by car. For this reason, we recommend a longer divemaster training period with two rest days per week. You can do unlimited dives with us during your divemaster training, until such time as you feel ready and we agree with your assessment. You need at least 60 logged dives to meet the certification requirements, you’ll likely have many more than this.

How do I sign up?

Schedule a meeting with us via Whatsapp. Divemaster training is a big commitment for both you and our team so we want to get to know you first to make sure we’re the best dive centre for your needs.

After that, we’ll need to see your prerequisite documentation and you’ll need to pay a deposit payment so we can send out your elearning. We’ll also need your personal details such as your full name, date of birth and email address. Contact our team if you’d like to book!
